This is due to their immediate accessibility and the inability to “return” digital items in the way physical products can be returned to a store.

Once digital materials have been delivered, opened, downloaded, viewed, accessed, or otherwise received by the client, the transaction is considered fully completed. Since digital content cannot be revoked or retrieved back from the buyer’s device, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or partial refunds under any circumstances related to digital file access.

2. Instant Access Means Final Sale

3. No Refunds for Completed or Ongoing Services

This includes:

Even if the client does not use, open, or complete the service, access itself is considered delivery. Therefore, refunds are not granted for unused or uncompleted services once the client has received their digital access link or course unlock.

Refunds are also not provided when the client changes the scope of their needs, misunderstands the nature of digital delivery, or purchases a service they decide they no longer require.


4. Accidental Purchases
